Ok, here it is the first post on a new personal journey blog. I am going to keep track of my feelings and experiences as I try and move more, eat more whole natural foods, move towards a non-processed plant based diet.
Today, my movement turtle step is to just walk 10 min and stretch for 10 min. I am looking forward to both especially the stretching.
My food turtle step is making soup for dinner from the the stock I made from the 'leftovers' from the morning juicer.
You go, girl! I am also cleaning up my diet, taking turtle steps to healthier eating. Another adventure, eh?
